    15 April 2020

    Dear all,

First and foremost, we hope everyone out there is continuing to stay safe and looking after themselves. We are living in a very awkward time and your health is the number one priority.

I know we are all eager to start the 2020 fishing season, unfortunately it seems clear that due to government guidelines, we now won’t be allowed on the banks until May at the earliest. We are therefore offering the following to our members.

If by some minor miracle, the government permit us to reopen by the 1st May, we shall simply extend the 2020/21 season by an additional month at the back end – therefore all our members get a full seasons fishing.

Failing that, if we don’t manage to re-open by early May, we will then offer two types of pro-rata discounts against all our tickets. The first will be a refund that applies to the time period we have been closed this season – therefore members will only be paying for the time they have had access to the lakes this season. Or, secondly, they can choose to apply an identical level of discount to their fishing for next season (2021/22) should they prefer…

Thanks for your patience while awaiting clarification from ourselves on the matter. As always, please continue to keep yourselves safe and we look forward to welcoming you back just as soon as is possible…

    Kind Regards,
    RK Team

    24 March 2020

Further to the Prime Minister’s speech yesterday evening we will now be closing all of our venues until the 15th April and shall reevaluate the situation as and when there is further directive at that time.

We’ve not taken the decision lightly and were intent on providing you with a full season’s fishing right up until that point, however it is the correct decision as it leaves nothing to chance and the health and welfare of yourselves and your family members must be of paramount importance at a time like this.

We thank you all for your patience and promise to keep you abreast of things as and when they happen.
In the mean time, please can you all ensure that you have supplied us with your current address and contact details. It is still our intention to post out the membership packs this coming week, and the easiest way to do this is by updating your online membership details via the
    RK Leisure website.

We wish you all the best. Stay safe and be lucky.
    Kind regards, the RK team
